Eragon is a very long and exciting book about a boy called Eragon who found a dragon egg .

It was so exciting that I kept losing track of time and being late for bed! My friend Rachael lent the book to me.

My favourite character was Saphira. She is Eragon's dragon and she helps him.

My  least favourite character was Dura . He is a Shade and he is really evil because he attacked Eragon. Eragon is a very long book.

It is different to the kind of book I normally read. 

Eragon is part of a series of books, I plan to read the rest of them. I would definitely recommend this book because it is really exciting.

Joe Spud's house

Billionaire Boy was a very funny fiction book about a very, very rich boy called Joe Spud. His Dad made a popular type of toilet roll which was why they were so rich. He went to a different school to make friends because nobody liked him at his old school.

My favourite character was Joe Spud because he was very funny. I found him funny because of the things he did. He thought that because he was older he should get more than 1,000,000 pounds for his birthday.

I couldn’t choose a favourite part because it was so funny.

My least favourite part was when Joe ran away from home. He didn’t like his Dad’s new partner.

I wouldn’t like his life because he has no friends. At the beginning it said he had everything but he didn’t have any friends and he wasn’t happy. I wouldn't want his money because I wouldn't know what to do with it. If I did have it I would buy myself a library and give the rest to people who needed it.

I would recommend this book because it was very funny.

Tilly's Moonlight Fox is a fiction book.

My favourite character was Tilly. She was really adventurous.

My least favourite character was Helen because she was supposed to be Tilly's friend but she wasn't very nice sometimes and she didn't explain anything to Tilly. Helen didn't seem like she was real, like Tom Riddle in Harry Potter.

I didn't like it when Tilly lost her favourite toy. I loved it when she found him again.

I will read it again to see if I can find out more about Helen. I would definitely recommend this book. It was awesome!

Summerkin by Sarah Prineas

Summerkin by Sarah Prineas.

This book is about a half human, half magical creature called Fer. She is The Lady of the Summerlands. It is a fantasy adventure story. In the story Fer competes with three other characters to win the Summerlands crown.

The story was absolutely fantastic because there was a lot of adventure and it was very exciting. It was also quite funny. There was a lot of detail which made it easy to follow and picture what was happening.

You could actually picture the characters in your head. I really liked Fer because she is an amazing Lady, loves her land and is kind to her people. She doesn’t like breaking rules but she is quite adventurous which makes her like Hermione Granger and Ginny Weasley in Harry Potter.

I think Arenthiel is completely evil and I really did not like him. He stole the Summerlands crown. He pretended to be nice but was actually really horrible.

This is the second book I have read by Sarah Prineas and I thought both books were amazing. I think her writing is very good.

I would definitely recommend this book.
